By accessing this site, booking services, attending classes, or purchasing memberships, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Dharma Lifeways offers holistic wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Group yoga and movement classes

  • Yoga Nidra and meditation

  • Reiki and energy-based practices

  • Chakra-focused offerings

  • Workshops, series, and guided journeys

  • Educational content and resources

All services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and well-being.

We do not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic services. Our offerings are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or licensed therapeutic services.

2. Personal Responsibility & Health Disclaimer

Participation in any class, session, or experience is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for honoring your body, limits, and needs

  • You will modify or discontinue practices as necessary

  • You have consulted a qualified healthcare provider if needed prior to participation

Dharma Lifeways is not liable for injuries, conditions, or adverse effects that may arise from participation.

3. Booking, Payment & Memberships

Sessions & Classes

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Pricing and offerings may change with notice

Memberships & Ongoing Support

  • Membership benefits apply only while active

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated

Class Credits & Attendance

  • Group classes included in memberships or ongoing support do not roll over month to month

  • Unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle

  • If a group class is booked and you do not attend, the class is considered used and cannot be made up or credited

Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

Group Classes & Events

  • Class registrations are generally non-refundable

  • Credits may be issued at our discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Workshops, series, and special events may have unique cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at registration.

5. Community Guidelines

Dharma Lifeways is a space rooted in respect, presence, and integrity.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect

  • Honor confidentiality within group spaces

  • Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior

  • Engage in practices with consent and awareness

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, class materials, recordings, guides, and branding—is the intellectual property of Dharma Lifeways unless otherwise noted.
