Private Yoga Sessions offer individualized support tailored specifically to you. Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, working with physical limitations, or seeking a more intentional and therapeutic experience, private sessions allow space for focused attention, adaptation, and growth.

Unlike group classes, private yoga meets you exactly where you are—physically, mentally, and energetically. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to support mobility, strength, balance, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation while honoring your pace and needs.

What to Expect

Each Private Yoga Session begins with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with that day. From there, your session may include gentle movement, breathwork, mindful transitions, rest, or guided awareness—depending on your needs and goals.

Sessions are unhurried, adaptive, and collaborative. Postures are modified as needed, and there is no pressure to perform or “keep up.” The focus is on listening to the body, moving with intention, and cultivating ease and presence.

Private Yoga Sessions are available in:

  • 30 minutes — ideal for focused support, mobility work, or stress relief

  • 60 minutes — allows for a fuller, more integrated practice including rest and reflection

Sessions may be grounding, strengthening, restorative, or a blend—each one shaped intentionally for you.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Stretch-friendly attire such as leggings, joggers, or soft athletic wear

  • Layers are encouraged to stay comfortable during rest

  • Socks are optional and may be worn during slower or restorative portions

  • Avoid restrictive clothing or heavy accessories

Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, though modifications are always welcome.

A Supportive, Non-Judgmental Space

Private Yoga Sessions are offered as a supportive wellness service intended to enhance overall wellbeing. This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and move in a way that feels respectful and sustainable.

Sessions are suitable for all experience levels and are designed to complement—not replace—medical or therapeutic care.

Optional Add-On

Private Yoga sessions may be paired with Reiki, Reiki Stretch, or Yoga Nidra for a more integrative experience.
