Begin Where you Are

A Yoga Foundations Experience

Three rolled yoga mats in pink, green, and orange standing upright on a dark surface, with a black and white striped yoga strap on the green mat. A rectangular white light shadow is cast on the wall behind them.

Build confidence, understand the basics, and explore yoga at your own pace.

If yoga has ever felt confusing, intimidating, or like everyone else already knew what they were doing, this series is designed to change that. Begin Where You Are is a supportive yoga experience that helps you feel more grounded, informed, and confident in your movement practice—without pressure to perform or keep up.

This is not about flexibility or experience. It is about clarity, understanding, and learning yoga in a way that actually makes sense for your body.
