A personalized, one-on-one session designed to meet you where you are.
Rather than choosing a specific modality, this session draws from movement, restorative practices, energy work, and guided support—shaped by what you need in the moment. Each session is focused and intentional, allowing space to explore what’s present without trying to do everything at once.
This is an ideal place to begin if you’re unsure where to start, prefer a more holistic approach, or are looking for ongoing, adaptive support. If at any point a more focused approach is needed, we can shift into a specific modality or program.
Sessions provide you the flexibility to meet as often as needed, or scheduled in a rhythm that supports continuity and growth. Most clients schedule sessions every 2–4 weeks, while others choose to meet more frequently during periods of transition or come in as needed. We’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
