Integrative Support

Sometimes you know you need support, but you may not know exactly what you need. Integrative Support offers a personalized space to explore what is present in your body, mind, and daily life.

Rather than choosing a single modality, each session draws from yoga, Reiki, Ayurvedic nutrition, breathwork, embodied awareness, and supportive self-care practices — shaped by what feels most supportive in the moment.

This allows us to work with your unique experience rather than fitting you into a fixed structure.

Sessions may include support for:

  • Nervous system support and stress recovery

  • Reconnecting with your body through gentle movement and awareness practices

  • Nourishment, mindful eating, and Ayurvedic nutrition principles

  • Breathwork and mindfulness practices

  • Reiki and energy work like Yoga Nidra

  • Creating supportive rhythms of care

The focus is always reconnection, awareness, and creating practices that support you where you are.

Who this is for

Integrative Support is ideal if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from your body

  • Are navigating stress, transition, or changes in your life

  • Want a more personalized and adaptive approach to self-care

  • Prefer not to choose just one modality

  • Want support creating a steadier relationship with your body and daily rhythms

You do not need to know what you need before coming in. That is part of the process we explore together.

What to expect

Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and paced according to your needs. We may work with breath, movement, Reiki, reflection, nourishment practices, or stillness depending on what feels most supportive.

Some clients come for ongoing support, while others schedule sessions during periods of transition or when they feel out of balance.

Together, we create a rhythm of support that feels sustainable for you.

If you are seeking a deeper, structured experience, Return to Rhythm offers a 4-session private pathway for continued support and integration.
