Weekend Reset: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
A slow, grounding experience designed to help you release physical and mental tension and restore balance in the body and nervous system.
We begin with gentle, supported restorative yoga to unwind tightness and invite the body into a state of ease. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra—also known as yogic sleep—a deeply restful meditation practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep rest.
This is an opportunity to step out of doing, slow down, and give your system space to fully reset.
No experience is needed. All bodies and levels are welcome.
You will be guided through:
Gentle grounding and breath awareness
Supported restorative yoga postures
Progressive nervous system downshift
Guided Yoga Nidra practice (deep rest meditation)
Extended integration and stillness
Leave feeling grounded, rested, and more connected to yourself.
