Events & Workshops

Explore opportunities to slow down, learn, and connect beyond weekly classes. Dharma Lifeways offerings include community gatherings, focused workshops, and educational experiences designed to support reflection, movement, and deeper connection.

Living the Practice

Yoga is more than movement. Living the Practice is a monthly gathering exploring the wisdom of yoga, reflecting on how it applies to daily life, and cultivating practices that support deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Each session offers space for teaching, reflection, conversation, breath, meditation, and contemplative practice—creating an opportunity to experience yoga as a way of living, not just something we do on the mat.

No prior yoga experience is required. Come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to pause, reflect, and practice.

Muffins & Mantras

A seasonal community gathering for mindfulness, reflection, and connection.

Join us for a relaxed, welcoming gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and share meaningful moments with others.

Grab a muffin, a beverage, and settle into an unhurried space for conversation, reflection, and simply being together. Each gathering offers an opportunity to pause, arrive as you are, and enjoy the experience of community.

There is no agenda to keep up with and nothing to achieve—just an invitation to slow down, connect, and make space for the present moment.

Muffins & Mantras is offered as a free community gathering. Registration is requested, and optional pay-what-you-want contributions help support refreshments and future gatherings.

An Evening of Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra

In a world that often asks us to keep moving, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to pause.

Join us for a calming evening dedicated to rest, restoration, and reconnecting with yourself. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into deep relaxation while supporting awareness, presence, and inner stillness.

Through guided body awareness, breath, visualization, and intentional rest, you’ll be invited to step away from the demands of the day and create space for your nervous system to settle.

This practice is accessible to everyone. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

After the practice, you are welcome to stay for tea and quiet conversation as we close the evening together.

What to Expect

  • A brief grounding practice to help you settle in

  • A guided Yoga Nidra meditation

  • Time for deep rest and integration

  • A supportive, calming environment
