Your wellness journey doesn’t need to follow someone else’s blueprint. It gets to look like what you need —at your pace, in your own way.

At Dharma Lifeways, my priority is to meet you exactly where you are and gently guide you through practices that honor your unique path. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work relationally—creating space for mindfulness, reflection, and healing to unfold naturally over time.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply human. Together, we explore practices that support your real life—your rhythms, responsibilities, and evolving needs—without pressure to perform, fix, or rush the process. I believe meaningful change happens through consistency, trust, and grace, not perfection.

My own journey into wellness grew from a lifelong relationship with spirituality and healing. I grew up as a preacher’s kid, where questions of meaning, faith, and care for others were always present. As I matured, I felt called to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit in a more embodied, personal way—one that honored both structure and intuition.

That exploration led me to formal training in yoga, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Ayurvedic nutrition, trauma-informed practices, and other supportive modalities. While each of these informs my work, they are not the focus. The focus is you—your experience, your comfort, and your sense of safety as you reconnect with yourself.

Dharma Lifeways was founded in 2021 as an intimate space rooted in care, presence, and sustainable self-support. Much of my one-on-one work centers on supporting women seeking grounding, clarity, and a gentler relationship with themselves, while group offerings and guided journeys remain open to all who feel aligned.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a place where you can arrive as you are.
