Sister Circle: Gather at the Table
Reflect, Release, Renew
A seasonal gathering rooted in mindful connection, intentional eating, and shared nourishment. Each Circle invites you to slow down, gather at the table, and experience food, presence, and community as a form of care.
What This Is
The Seasonal Sister Circle is a quarterly, in-person gathering that blends mindful practice, seasonal reflection, and a thoughtfully prepared shared meal. Rooted in sisterhood and guided by seasonal rhythms, this experience centers intentional eating as both a personal and communal practice — how we arrive, how we savor, and how we listen to the body in real time.
This is not a class, workshop, or nutrition lesson. It’s an experiential circle where food, mindfulness, and connection meet.
What to Expect
A calm, cozy, welcoming environment
A nourishing shared meal
Gentle mindfulness practices (accessible to all levels)
Seasonal reflection and intentional eating guidance
Community connection without pressure to share
Session Experience
Each Circle unfolds gently and intentionally:
-
The gathering opens with a short meditation or restorative movement to help everyone arrive fully — body, breath, and attention.
-
Participants enjoy a seasonal, Ayurvedic-inspired meal that includes at least one baked good. The meal is experienced mindfully, with light guidance to notice hunger, fullness, taste, and texture — without rules or pressure.
-
Seated together, the group moves into guided reflection and optional sharing, aligned with the season’s energy (release, growth, balance, rest).
-
Journaling, intention cards, or a simple creative ritual help anchor the experience and offer something tangible to carry forward.
-
The Circle closes with a brief reflection and a seasonal takeaway (practice, prompt, or small item) to support continued intentional eating and presence beyond the gathering.
