If you’re new to Dharma Lifeways—or returning after time away—this is the best place to begin.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to feel “ready.” You only need a willingness to begin where you are.

This space is designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a steady return to yourself through yoga and restorative practices.

Step 1

Most people begin with weekly yoga classes.

This is a steady, supportive practice that helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build consistency over time.

If you are unsure where to start, this is the simplest entry point.

Step 2

If you prefer structure or are completely new to yoga, the New-to-Yoga Series offers a clear foundation.

This 6-week series introduces breath, movement, and alignment in a supportive, step-by-step format designed to build confidence.

Step 3

If you prefer individualized attention, or are navigating stress, transition, or physical limitations, private sessions may be a helpful starting point.

Private work can include yoga-based movement or Reiki-based energy support depending on your needs.

What to Expect

Most people benefit from attending consistently—weekly or biweekly—so the practice can build in the body over time.

This is not about intensity. It is about repetition, steadiness, and return.

You Don’t Have to Choose Perfectly

There is no wrong place to begin.

Choose the option that feels most supportive right now. Your path will unfold as you practice.
