STUDIO GUIDELINES
- Please do not come to class if you do not feel well, have flu-like systems, a fever, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed.
- Please show up at least 5 minutes early. This will give you time to put your things away and find your place on the floor.
- If you plan to drop-in, please verify that the class has not been cancelled by checking the schedule or texting 910-308-9884.
- If you do not have a mat, no worries-grab one and take a seat! Please note that supplies are limited.
- The studio entrance will be locked at the start of class and remain locked through savasana. Please plan to stay the entire class so as not to interrupt other yogis.
- No shoes are allowed beyond the designated area.
- Please power down or silence all mobile devices.
- Yoga increases digestive fire. Please be mindful of eating before class. When possible, please follow the below suggested wait times:
- Large meal: wait 3 - 4 hours
- Light meal: wait 1 - 2 hours
- Snack: 30 - 45 minutes
- Water/Beverage: 15 minutes
- Wear comfortable and breathable clothing. Shirts are required.
- Please be compassionate without judgment towards yourself and others. Remember, your practice only needs to look like what it needs to look like for you!
